Dont ask me why but u just have to log off your character and then log back on and it should be fine. When you get the quest just like normal difficulty, you should see Hell games but u should not be able to make them. Finally when u get to baal the only thing that has to change is the level of the people that get the quest for you. Then what you do after that is just repeat the rushing process and get to Nightmare Baal. When you get out of the game you should be able to see nightmare games and be able to make nightmare games. When they kill baal and the people that are level 20 and up get the quest, so do you. But someone that is that level has to be in that game. The people that are level 20 and up are getting the quest for you. If you cant go into the town portal that someone has set up for you to go in and kill baal, dont worry about it.this is why it is known as a glitch rush. After this happens and someone that has the ancients quest and is ABOVE level 20 joins you can kill baal. What you have to do is to make a game, preferably called Baal 4 Quest or Baal Quest Here or something to that extent. In fact it is way different from this point on.
This is NOT what you do for a g-rush though. At this time when you get to baal, you would usually go and start tristing, tomb running, cowing, and baaling to lvl yourself.
What you need to do really is to have a friend rush you normally through normal difficulty. When someone goes through this its quite easy to do.its just hard to get people to join the game for baal at the end of the g-rush.
